The Engineer

behind our 25-year Legacy

Founded in 1999, Dhanyashree Constructions is a joint partnership  that builds on the decades of experience of our Senior Partner, Mr. K. Balasubramanian — a quality-conscious structural engineer with extensive expertise in construction, and Mrs. Radha Balasubramanian, who handles the accounts and keeps the show running.

Before founding Dhanyashree, Mr. Balasubramanian worked in the Sultanate of Oman for 2 years and led major government contracts in Chennai as a Class I contractor.
