Client's Note
The outcome exceeded our expectations. Our initial plan was to demolish our 45-year-old bungalow and construct a completely new home. However, the DSC team proposed a more thoughtful approach, retaining and transforming the existing structure to meet our current needs.
The project was delivered within the planned timeframe, without compromising on quality, and at a significantly lower cost than we had anticipated. Today, the property commands rental returns well above the neighbourhood average, which we attribute to the strength of both the design and the construction.
